The Lake County Sheriff's Office is currently looking for support from community partners, such as yourself, to raise money that will benefit local children in our community.   All monies raised from our programs will stay within our community for local children to reap the benefits.  These programs will also provide children the opportunity to positively interact with law enforcement.  For current donation opportunities, please see our programs below.

  • General Donations

  • Bass Tournament
    A family fun day benefitting the Florida Sheriff's Youth Ranches.

  • Cops and Kids Day
    This event is a Police Motorcycle skills competition that provides a positive environment for children and the general public to witness the abilities of a motor officer and have constructive interaction with law enforcement. The main event on Saturday consists of face painting, a bicycle obstacle course for the children, rock climbing wall, and a display of law enforcement equipment which is free to the general public. Deputy Sheriffs will be present to answer questions about their daily duties, equipment and vehicles. You can expect to see SWAT, Bomb Technicians and possibly Aviation.

  • Project Kid Connect
    Backpack and school supply giveaway to benefit Lake County's School aged children.

  • Shop with a Cop
    An outreach program designed to assist children who are at risk due to their current economic situation, their environment and other factors. For additional information regarding this event, please email
